Now, I might be wrong, but 'Why had you go' isn't correct english. Now I'm not here to be nitpicking shit, but just to let you know :D
If you want to name it something in this context, you should call it something like 'Why did you have to go?'
If it wás your intention to call it that way, then I apologize :D
By the way, the 9 instead of 10 wasn't because of the name, so you don't think I'm rating on something other than the music :D

Great progress!

I see you've made great progress in your songs!
It's good take more advantage of hihats and snares.
But theres one thing though. If your put the snares on the 2nd and 4th kick in a beat instead of the 1st and 3rd kick, it will sound even better :D
So the snare has to be placed on the afterbeat.

It's missing something from the original

It's nice, but the third chord, the e-major, has to run twice as long. Well, not 'has to', but that's what's in the original :]
The rest of the song is cool though^^

Amazing atmosphere

This is a great song, the panning is nicely done, not much, not overdone. Also the strings are epic! May I ask what software you use and what you use for those strings? :D
