Need some help

Hey guys!

I've actually got a small annoying problem on youtube, and I need some help on it.

My song Pirates of the Night ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6qUOtOGsII ) Was just wandering around nicely, and then this happened.

This fag posted my song on his youtube channel, crediting a friend of him for the work I did;

So I already had a bunch of friends flag it as fraud, but It's still not enough. And I tried to send an email to the copyright people of youtube through the Copyright thingy flag option, but I had to follow the right procedures, which are really really weird.

So now, about two months later, the guy inboxes me again, bitching about it. So I actually really need his video to be taken down.
If you could, it'd be great if you'd mark his video as fraud. But some advice would also really help. It's also extra annoying to deal with these guys, because the copied video is actually not claimed to be the uploader's song, but a friend of his, which he linked in the description.

I'd appreciate the help guys!

you can flag it for copyright and then report him

The problem is, you have to write an email according to the guidelines, and those are really complicated. There's like half of the points I don't understand.

Wow that really sucks, it could be worse like they could be attempting to get your video removed instead but i do hope that this problem does get solved. I think you should probably focus the negative attention towards this guy "<a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/pivotbetaboy">http://www.youtube.com/user/pivotbetaboy</a>" since he is the one claiming to have made the song, based on the information that the information in the description. There isn't enough evidence to show that the guy that posted the video even knew that the song does not belong to "pivotbetaboy". But yes this is a difficult situation since the two of them are either working together or this "pivotbetaboy" has lied to his "friend" about creating this song and you can't go randomly accusing people in case one of them is actually ignorant of this issue. Good luck and I hope justice gets served :D

Yeah, they made it extra difficult to deal with, but the only thing I can do, is having some friends to flag it for fraud, cause I can't do anything to that pivotbetaboy, and I can't accuse them for copyright infringement.
