You had me at the beat

Already when the beat begun in the very beginning, I knew it was awesome, because you don't find good trance here so easily.
Perfect beat, arps and dreamy feel.
Great mastering, I loved it :D
Keep it up!

PrEmoEffect responds:

Thank you for your kind comments. As for the mastering, I'm still working out the style for trance. There's a couple things I want to experiment with in terms of centering and equalizing sounds.

Amazing work

For a first time it's, as said before, really really good! :D
I remember my first song, also made on the demo, it totally sucked xD
Although I did post it on my account, it's still hanging there ;P

But I really love the tranceyness in this one, the mixing and mastering is great!
Really good work with the panning and the lead is awesome :D
Keep it up!

Tyurru responds:

Many Thanks, I'm gald you liked it.

Quite calming

The intro was spacey, in a good way! :D
I loved it, because I had headphones on, and I caught myself moving my head along with the sound panning.
Nice variation, the breakdown was nice, the piano was soothing.
That's pretty much it, great sound :D
Keep it up!

SUB4RU responds:

Thanks for the reviews :)

Everything came together well in this track for me.

I love it, sounds amazing, just epic!
It's a great song, you deserve all of these 15 awesomepoints. Here, have them! :D
Greatgreat Job!, keep it up, man :D

zenodio responds:

Hehe, thanks man :D

Absolutely soothing

I caught myself daydreaming after in the middle of this song.
It has a great sound to it, perfect title!
I'd have to say there's perhaps too much variation in it. I didn't mind it that much, but could be something to watch out for in future projects :]
Also, you could use a tiny bit more percussion, closed hihats in combination with this kick and offbeat open hihat could do wonders, as well as a clap on the afterbeat when the song is developing. Just try to mess around with it. :D
I really liked it, great soothing melodies and chord progression.
Great job, keep it up!

skullshock responds:

cheers man really appreciate your views. im always trying to improve and better my sound. soothing was exactly what i was going for!!! :D :D

I was having a little bit of sex too :3

The main notes were nice and slightly hypnotizing (which is a good thing :D).
I must say that you could make small variations on the drum patterns, one or two more kicks every now and then can do wonders :]
The wobble was unique and awesome. Unique and awesome! :D
I really liked it, the robot sex.

GranPian responds:

great idea. I will be sure to try that out.

Welcome! :D

Since you're new here, I'd first say welcome!
You've certainly made a splendid entry with this, a unique style that really pulled my attention. The melody isn't the standard minor-dominant major switching, so I really liked that you pulled off a soothing, yet filthy tune!
Great work, keep the music rolling!

RedRavenRuler responds:

Thanks man, it's obvious you know your music as well so your input is welcomed and appreciated. Thanks for the warm welcome to the site man.

I'd say..

I'd definately say dubstep, because most of the part is DnB, and most of the time dubstep has 140bpm
For the song, I won't say it wasn't good, but the first part just didn't do anything to me. It's probably because the riff at the very beginning didn't really match with anything in the rest of the song at all, at least looking at the melody.
Until 0:49, I kept having the feeling there wasn't a single solid note in the bass. The square melody, however, was something to my liking.
The part after that until 1:22 was really nice and solid.
After 1:22 was what caught my attention, because the bass melody was awesome, dark and the rythm was also cool. I did miss something that could fill it up a bit more, a sub bass would be awesome :D
From 1:49 it got back to the nice melody and great phat bass :D
but at the outro the first riff came back in, that was a little disappointing :[

So to summarize things, I really liked it, except for that first riff :]
Good Jawb! keep it up :D

Sunshaft responds:

thanx for solid review

Relaxing

Man, first of all, props on that kick! :D
Soothing, yet punchy, yet subby, I love it! I also like the synths here, it's cool you slightly adjusted the melody.
While writing this, I just heard the 'pretty' awesome drop.
You can remove the pretty part, replace it with freaking epicly awesome :D
Guht Jawb! :D

ShootingStar responds:

Haha thanks for the review :) Glad you liked it!

Boomboomboom

It's a great song, please finish it! :D
Only suggestions that I have, is that you might fill the intro up a bit more, some strings, or a bit more of a complex piano melody.
The main melody is awesome, the kick booms like awesome, and i totally lol'd about the angry anchorman xD
Great job, I hope you'll finish it soon

Lithorph responds:

Haha thanks dude :)
Yeah ill go ahead and try to make it better and more complete.
I havn't done that much atm, im trying to figure out some mixing/mastering problems im having.

I'm an amateur producer that loves melodic music! :D I don't actually give a crap if your mastering is half-assed, as long as it's audible and it's made with some good knowledge of music! :D However, awesome mastering is always a nice extra, right? :D
